1. Services

The services offered by Atlas Therapy are exclusively massage therapy treatments aimed at relaxation, well-being and rest.
They do not replace medical treatment or professional health advice in any way.

2. Contraindications

It is the client's responsibility to inform the massage therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or contraindications prior to treatment.
Atlas Therapy reserves the right to refuse a service if it proves inappropriate or risky for the client's health.

3. Reservation and payment terms

• Treatments must be booked in advance, by phone, message or via the online appointment booking system.

• Payment can be made by Interac transfer (to the address: atlasmassotherapie@gmail.com) or in cash on the day of treatment.

• For transfers, we recommend making them at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your reservation.

• Rates are subject to change without notice, but remain transparent at the time of booking.

4. Delays and cancellations

• Any delay of more than 15 minutes may result in a reduction in the duration of the treatment or cancellation of the appointment, depending on availability.

• In case of cancellation less than 48 hours in advance, 50% of the cost of the treatment will be required.

• In case of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or no-show, the entire treatment will be charged.

• Please notify us as soon as possible, out of respect for our time and that of other customers.

5. Confidentiality

All personal, medical or sensitive information shared during treatment is strictly confidential and will never be disclosed to a third party without your written consent.

6. Respect and safety

• The care provided at Atlas Therapy is strictly professional and therapeutic.

• Any inappropriate, disrespectful or sexual behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, without reimbursement, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

• Atlas Therapy reserves the right to refuse access to any client who does not respect these rules.
